Unlike a traditional agent, we won’t actively send you listings based on your criteria. It is up to the buyer to find listings they love. Once you find a property, we’ll help you every step of the way, much like a traditional agent.

We also charge a much lower fee compared to a traditional agent model, saving you thousands in the process.

To buy a home, we charge a flat fee of $4,995 after closing. To sell a home, we charge a standard 2.5% commission after closing.

We are less “hands on” in terms of the home searching process. It’s up to the buyer to find a home, then we will guide you once you find a home you love.

Traditional agents also spend thousands on marketing to find leads, which is why they charge a high commission. We spend very little on marketing and primarily get our clients from word of mouth.
